The Leithäusl farm, which lies at an altitude of 1,100 m above sea level, is in Onach, a quiet mountain village near Mt. Kronplatz, a skiing and hiking Mecca. The perfect place for a refreshing holiday in close contact with nature! Relax in the homely atmosphere of our cosy rooms and apartments with wellness area, and get acquainted with our many farm animals, including chickens, cows, pigs and cats. If you are interested, we will be happy to show you around on our farm.

A traditional South Tyrolean farm
Our farm was mentioned in historic records as early as 1800, but fell into disrepair over time. In 1981, Hubert Wieser took over the Leithäusl farm and rebuilt the farmstead down to its ancient walls. We then started to welcome our first guests, and over the years expanded the farm. Today, we are delighted to offer you comfortable rooms and apartments in which to spend your farm holiday. Welcome to Leithäusl!
The farmer’s breakfast
In the morning, come to our traditional Tyrolean parlour and enjoy a lush breakfast with home-baked bread, milk, butter and eggs from our own farm, jams and cakes, Speck bacon made by us, cheese and more. What a great start to your day!
How about a barbecue?
Fresh bread rolls
If you prefer to have breakfast in the privacy of your apartment, you can book the breakfast and take it to your apartment. Fresh rolls or our home-baked brown bread can be enjoyed in the morning. Gluten-free bread is available, and you can also have milk and butter from our farm.
Goodness from the farm
You can find our hand-made objects and other South Tyrolean products. With a choice ranging from herbal teas to turned fruit bowls, you’re sure to find the perfect souvenirs!
Our wellness area
Forget the daily grind! Our wellness area is equipped with a Finnish wood-fired sauna, an aroma steam bath, a whirlpool, and a sensory shower. After a day in the mountains, it’s just the ticket!
